Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat support.
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while maintaining a positive and friendly tone.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication when interacting with clients.
  • Ensuring that customers' needs are met efficiently, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

While experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred, it's not a requirement for this role. However, we do require a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role. Additionally, experience in online chat support or remote work is an advantage, as is previous experience working in a flexible or part-time role.

Working Hours

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals seeking a work-life balance. You will be required to commit to 15-30 hours per week, with work hours adjustable based on availability and preference. Shifts are available during evenings and weekends, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
