Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will coordinate guest services activities, manage communications, and uphold the Disney standards of service excellence. You will be the frontline representative for our guests, helping them navigate their experiences with Disney products and destinations. Your goal will be to turn every interaction into a magical moment, enhancing our guests' affinity for the Disney brand.

You will utilize a range of tools and technologies to address guest needs, manage bookings, provide information on products and services, and resolve any issues that arise. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and offer solutions will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  2. Manage reservations, ticketing, and adjustments for Disney parks, resorts, and events
  3. Collaborate with various teams to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  4. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all Disney products and offerings
  5. Monitor guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for guest services
  6. Uphold Disney's standards of service and brand integrity in every interaction
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
  2. Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and reservation systems
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  5. Passion for the Disney brand and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
  6. High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  7. Flexibility to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
