Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Providing a high-level of customer service
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Requirements

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer Skills: Basic typing skills, computer skills, and the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and written skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
• Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Earning Potential

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate for each hour worked, with opportunities for performance-based pay and incentives. Your actual earnings may vary depending on the program, call type, call volume, and other factors.

Technology Requirements

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• A Windows-based computer or laptop
• A headset or earpiece
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• A reliable internet connection
• A printer and scanner (for some programs)

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee)
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Meet any additional requirements for specific programs

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to meet specific metrics, such as call volume or quality standards, to maintain eligibility.

Availability

arenaflex clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
