Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you provide services, working from the comfort of your own home or any quiet space. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Providing creative solutions to customer problems and concerns
• Assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. Application and Certification Process

• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

arenaflex has a variety of programs starting every week, each with its own set of requirements and opportunities. As an Independent Contractor, you'll need to meet the minimum standards for each program to maintain eligibility. These requirements may include:

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. However, client call availability will vary and is subject to change. Generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to have access to a computer and internet connection. arenaflex systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook, so you'll need to use a Windows-based computer. You may also need to invest in additional security measures and technology equipment, depending on the specific program you choose to participate in.
