Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our data across various systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Data Input: Accurately and efficiently inputting customer and account data from source documents into digital databases, adhering to time limits and quality standards.
  • Data Compilation: Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Data Review: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output for accuracy.
  • Research: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Program Techniques: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Reporting: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations as needed.
  • Document Management: Scanning documents and printing files when necessary to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of touch typing systems and database management tools.
  • Data Entry: Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
