Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support to our guests who have pre-paid vacation packages. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized assistance to guests who have pre-paid vacation packages, helping them arrange their future travel plans
• Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals
• Assisting with payments and costs associated with new sales, packages, or upgrade purchases
• Answering calls from guests requesting date changes, asking about package specifics, and inquiring about their impending vacation
• Verifying all trip and tour specifics related to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay
• Assisting travelers with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package
• Maintaining the confidentiality and protection of all personal information about our business

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience
• Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior
• Proven comfort operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics
• Dedication to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers
• Eager, self-motivated, and a problem solver – able to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic digital literacy, and the capacity to operate multiple systems simultaneously

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

• Timeshare/hospitality background
• Inbound/Outbound Call Center Environment Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
