Job Schedule and Flexibility
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home most days. Our remote work arrangement includes:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
- Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for making customers happy
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Attention to detail and proactive thinking skills
Remote Work Requirements
To ensure your success in a remote work environment, we'll provide:
- A laptop and cell phone
- High-speed internet (candidates must provide their own)
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience (negotiable). Additionally, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
