Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance via online chat. You'll answer questions, solve issues, and help guide customers through product information, order tracking, and account troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
