Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and clinical trials, providing valuable insights and feedback to help shape our products and services
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide detailed feedback and opinions
• Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey your thoughts and opinions
• Working independently from home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace
• Meeting deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be proficient with basic PC skills, including typing and navigation
• Must have a reliable internet connection
• Basic English written language skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Basic English spoken language skills, including clear and concise communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
