Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
- Issuing membership cancellations
- Fielding in-bound calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor
- Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
- Multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment
