We are seeking an experienced Full Stack ChatGPT Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Full Stack ChatGPT Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our finance and bookkeeping teams. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack ChatGPT Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Directing center GL bookkeeping groups covering asset report, opex and worldwide bookkeeping, and developing opportunities for colleagues' growth and development
• Taking responsibility for planning, audit, and accuracy of all financial, administrative, and financial investor reporting
• Supporting new and existing research and products by working cross-functionally to manage risk, and build and maintain adaptable bookkeeping processes
• Recognizing opportunities for automation of manual cycles and leading system implementations to streamline bookkeeping and reporting processes
• Managing key vendor relationships with auditors, outsourced accountants, technical accounting advisory, and key partners
• Working with broader arenaflex Finance to analyze financial performance, provide recommendations to senior leadership to progress, and support for key navigation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Four-year college education with 3+ years of moderate experience in senior accounting influential positions at a mix of public organizations, late-stage startups, and/or public accounting firms
• CPA or CA with a deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements for different types of legal entities
• Strong project management skills including tact and ability to focus on and lead high-priority drives on concurrent timelines
• Model relational, verbal, and written communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to articulate complex ideas across various audiences
• Experience working with modern software and systems, especially NetSuite and Zip
• Strong analytical skills, including working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including financial statement analysis and variance analysis

• Experience working with financial data and analytics tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
