Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate (Tech Support) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating data in internal systems
- Managing dispatch tasks, ensuring timely coordination of service requests
- Monitoring and tracking job progress, addressing any scheduling or logistical challenges
- Occasionally communicating with field technicians and supervisors to confirm details and provide necessary updates
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of completed and pending work
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the company as needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
