Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes, while resolving customer concerns related to flight status, baggage, and other inquiries.
