Job Summary:
As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for directing complex prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, communicating with physicians and insurance companies, mediating cases, and utilizing excellent data entry skills to drive success. In this full-time, remote position, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, customer focus, team direction, critical thinking skills, strong written and oral communication, and solid computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct complex prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
- Communicate with physicians and insurance companies to resolve prescription-related issues
- Mediate cases and provide excellent customer care to patients and healthcare providers
- Utilize excellent data entry skills to drive success and accuracy in prescription processing

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Data entry experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Prescription claims experience to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and review prescription claim issues
Education:
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
