Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and systems, including but not limited to:

+ Patient information + Claims data + Provider information + Other relevant data

• Data Verification: Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, including but not limited to:

+ Checking for errors or discrepancies + Ensuring data is up-to-date and current + Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues

• Data Quality Checks: Performing regular data quality checks to ensure integrity, including but not limited to:

+ Identifying and resolving data discrepancies + Ensuring data is accurate and complete + Collaborating with team members to improve data quality

• Problem-Solving: Assisting in resolving any discrepancies or errors, including but not limited to:

+ Identifying and resolving data issues + Collaborating with team members to resolve problems + Escalating issues to management as needed

• Compliance: Adhering to data entry policies and procedures, including but not limited to:

+ Following established protocols for data entry + Ensuring data is accurate and complete + Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
