Job Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, troubleshooting issues, developing product knowledge, and logging customer interactions. You will work collaboratively with other support agents, sales teams, and product developers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat to handle questions, provide information, and assist with order processing

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers
  • Log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with other support agents, sales teams, and product developers to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our support team by sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM systems and chat support software a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or chat support environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
