Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with partner clients, driving conversion rates, and elevating customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner clients, ensuring high NPS ratings and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize conversion rates and maximize program usage
  • Efficiently onboarding new customers, providing training and support to ensure a seamless experience
  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, generating regular reports to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive client success initiatives and address client needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and corporate benefits programs (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
