Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and systems
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity
  • Performing regular data quality checks and assisting in resolving discrepancies
  • Adhering to data entry policies and procedures

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus

Work Schedule:
