Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication across language barriers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations

Compensation and Perks
