Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our customers during late-night hours. This temporary opportunity offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Experience working with emergency outages and critical incidents
  • Strong typing skills (45 wpm) and ability to speak on the phone simultaneously
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a remote environment
