Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the user-facing experience and integration layer of a modern AI-powered platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building intuitive interfaces while bridging the gap between complex backend systems and seamless user experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js
- Develop and manage the integration layer between frontend and backend services
- Implement authentication and user management using AWS Cognito
- Design and enhance chatbot-style user interfaces
- Collaborate with backend and AI teams to surface agent outputs effectively
- Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of the application
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Continuously improve overall user experience and system design
Some Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of full stack or frontend-focused engineering experience
- Strong experience with Next.js / React
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
- Familiarity with AWS services, especially Cognito
- Strong understanding of modern web application architecture
- Experience building responsive, user-focused interfaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team
Nice to Have:
- Experience building chatbot or conversational UI systems
- Familiarity with AI-driven applications or LLM integrations
- Experience working in event-driven or microservices architectures
