Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer to own the development of intelligent agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply experienced in AI integration, prompt engineering, and building scalable multi-agent architectures.
You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, working with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to bring advanced capabilities into production systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents using Python
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflows
- Integrate LLMs using modern patterns and frameworks (e.g., Bedrock)
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality outputs
- Implement A2A (agent-to-agent) communication patterns
- Build pipelines for image and document processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into user-facing applications
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI system performance
Some Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience working with LLMs and AI integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent-based systems
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration concepts
- Experience with document or image processing pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms
- Familiarity with emerging AI agent frameworks
- Experience optimizing AI workflows in production environments
