The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with a minimum of 5 days of on-site presence per month. You will enjoy a competitive salary of $35/hour, with a fixed and variable compensation package. Your Mission
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media
- Understanding and meeting the expectations of our guests and travel planners
- Offering personalized sales solutions and advice
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales objectives
What We're Looking For
We're looking for talented individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in German, Dutch, English, and/or French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in computer tools and software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in German, Dutch, English, and/or French
