Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the full post-sale customer lifecycle, including:

  • Onboarding Oversight: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals, challenges, and outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Renewal Negotiations: Proactively manage renewal negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Adoption: Drive product adoption by educating users, monitoring usage, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect, synthesize, and communicate product feedback to internal stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the internal advocate for customers, handling escalations and coordinating cross-team efforts to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Account Managers to support implementation of new features and ensure customer success.
  • Referenceable Customers: Build a strong base of referenceable customers through high-touch engagement and exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience: A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a technical SaaS environment.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven ability to manage a book of business, including negotiating renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Technical Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with two or more of the following domains: SaaS, CRM, CX platforms, Support Software, or APIs.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: The ability to build trust and inspire action with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret data to drive recommendations and business impact.
  • Empathetic Approach: An empathetic approach to customer interactions and internal collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're interested in candidates with:

  • Coding, SQL, Analytics Tools, or HIPAA Compliance: Familiarity with coding, SQL, analytics tools, or HIPAA compliance can be an asset in this role.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience with project management can be beneficial in managing multiple customer relationships and priorities.
