Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Work Schedule and Shifts:
You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates). We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to provide a supportive environment that allows our employees to thrive.
Requirements:

- Be an undergraduate or graduate with strong communication skills
