What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Account Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, providing personalized support and resolving complex account questions via phone, email, and online chat. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll have:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills

Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred)

High-speed Internet service and proficiency in MS Office and internal programs
