Available Positions

We have several positions available for Customer Service Representatives, Sales Associates, and Enrollment Associates. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, efficiently processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. As an Enrollment Associate, you'll engage with customers, communicate the benefits of membership, and facilitate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

* 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment

  • Experience working with customers in a retail or call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
