About the Role
As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Performing searches on websites for information
- Auditing reports and sheets of data
- Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
- Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Meet
- Expertise in computer research and comprehensive knowledge of data entry
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain excellent typing accuracy
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating presentations is highly desired
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
