Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry process. You will be responsible for entering and quality checking property data and photos, as well as performing various administrative tasks. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Print and prepare field cards and reports for field data collectors

  • Track fieldwork sign-out/sign-in
  • Compile and sort information for computer entry
  • Input information from field data property cards in a timely manner
  • Compare data against field and aerial photos
  • Verify accuracy of data inputted into the computer system
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of County and taxpayer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing additional tasks as needed
  • Answer phones for the reassessment office
  • Assist with various projects under the guidance of the project manager
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with County and taxpayers

Requirements

* Training provided (paid) onsite at our office in Pottsville, PA

  • Computer savvy with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00
