Job Details
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Care Delivery team. As a contractor, you'll work 40+ hours per week, with flexible hours and days, from April 29, 2024, to project completion (estimated July 19, 2024). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Transferring benefits data from historical documentation to our new tooling
- Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of your work
- Communicating and collaborating regularly with the Care Delivery Team
- Performing other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct benefits data migration from historical documentation to our new tooling
- Ensure seamless transitions and data integrity
- Collaborate with the Care Delivery Team to resolve any data-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of your work
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Care Delivery Team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently through a high volume of tasks
- Proficiency with Google Apps, Email, and Microsoft Word
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong understanding of data migration and data integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or related field
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
- Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
