Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Inside Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, accurately determining their requirements and needs.
- Utilizing available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Effectively communicating pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
- Collaborating with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
- Staying informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
- Championing continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
Requirements

- Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.
