Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
  • Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour after 24 months

Requirements:

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • To reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Self-provided computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • High-speed internet connection and headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
