Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fully understanding the current and future Parent system, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
  • Increasing interaction with current customers through proactive outreach, email, phone, and chat support.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their technical queries.
  • Creating, managing, and following up on customer tickets until they are resolved, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recording all activities using our current CRM to enhance visibility and improve customer success processes.
  • Following the current internal customer success process and improving on it to ensure continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree in a field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to operate within the Canadian time zone, with a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
