Key Responsibilities

As a Content Tagger and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content
• Enhancing the viewer experience on the arenaflex platform
• Working with a global team to achieve our goals
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve metadata-related issues
• Developing and implementing processes to improve metadata accuracy and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in metadata management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a data entry or content tagging role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with metadata management tools and systems (e.g. Open Connect, etc.)
