Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assess customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include greeting and qualifying customers, recommending products and services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing fast, friendly, and expert service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning about our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends
  • Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, making recommendations, and closing deals
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment, adhering to safety policies and standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
