Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in monthly virtual meetings to shape our company's mission and culture
  • Creating personalized itineraries for customers, ensuring a tailored travel experience
  • Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly, providing innovative solutions and personalized service
  • Managing payments, sending payment reminders, and handling flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details
  • Preparing client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure
  • Assisting with internal coordination, distributing necessary information, and setting schedules to manage time effectively
  • Managing client profiles and bookings, serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies
  • Continuously growing in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
