Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our remote team, providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer care professionals to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth

  • Foster a culture that prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, aligning with blithequark's mission and values
  • Develop a positive team culture by addressing individual and team well-being issues promptly
  • Implement adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures among all team members
  • Recognize and support high-potential talent, providing consistent feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Maintain office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with blithequark's dress code and training requirements
  • Practice cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives

  • Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training skills
  • Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships, acting as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required

Compensation offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market area, work-related information, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other components dependent on the position advertised.
