About the Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns via phone and chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to families using our products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through resolution steps
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve our products and services
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, including new releases and updates
  • Providing feedback and insights to help us continually improve our customer support processes

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve our products and services
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including new releases and updates
  • Provide feedback and insights to help us continually improve our customer support processes

What You'll Bring

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or technology-related field

  • Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, with a passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Residency in the state of Utah (due to current hiring restrictions)
