The Role

As a Remote Travel Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our travelers via phone, email, and other channels. You'll manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, educate travelers on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries. You'll also advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. Your comprehensive knowledge of our products and policies will enable you to communicate effectively with our travelers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our travelers via phone, email, and other channels

  • Manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, educate travelers on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries
  • Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software
  • Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies
  • Achieve monthly performance goals and demonstrate a strong ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center

  • Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
  • Experience using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
  • History of consistently attaining performance goals
  • High attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • International travel/work experience is preferred

Remote Work Requirements

* Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)

  • Landline phone
  • 2mbps internet speed (higher speed preferred)
  • Located in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
