Job Overview

At arenaflex, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative. In this remote role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, and effectively managing medical and prescription claims.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services.
  • Efficiently managing and processing medical and prescription claims.
  • Addressing questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
  • Assisting patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment (required).
  • Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent (necessary).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, contingent upon experience.
  • Flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available between 7 AM - 7 PM CST (8 AM - 8 PM EST).
