Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team, where you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer problems and communicate effective solutions
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to internal teams as needed
  • Analyzing customer problems and communicating effective solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Managing multiple administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technology, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
  • Customer Service experience - Preferred
  • Clerical Support experience - Preferred
