Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our team, someone who excels in data analysis and is passionate about building strong customer relationships. As an independent contributor, you'll work closely with enterprise clients to provide actionable insights, manage client relationships, and drive long-term partnerships. If you're a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently, and have a proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following key qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, with a focus on managing enterprise client relationships
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently
What You'll Be Doing
