Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on providing excellent service.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer data efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
