Job Summary

  • Collaborating with internal teams to source content ideas and submit them to our Content Team on a weekly basis
  • Completing end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Providing product information, promotions, and offers to clients, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and implement solutions
  • Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team, contributing to the development of engaging content and marketing campaigns
  • Complete end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
