What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to calls from boutiques and shops, resolving their demands, and providing excellent customer service
  • Logging call details onto our call management systems and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a customer service superstar who is:

  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch, with an advanced level of English
  • Able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment with a positive disposition
  • Skilled in customer care, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
  • Able to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate them to a higher level of support

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, it's a plus if you have:

  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
