  • The usual amount of time spent working each week is around 30 to 35 hours
  • New hires will receive a starting pay of $23.75 an hour

Responsibilities: An individual is expected to perform their obligations and tasks, with or without accommodation.

  • Streamlining the process of selecting and receiving incoming inventory to efficiently fulfill store requests.
  • Warehouse staff follows specific product handling procedures to relocate merchandise.
  • Systematically loads and arranges items to be shipped, planning their placement ahead of time, and also unloads deliveries from trucks or back-hauls.
  • Performs cleaning activities to keep the warehouse facilities clean and to prevent safety hazards, taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents and slips.
  • Adheres to protocol by conducting inventory counts of warehouse items.
  • By maintaining consistent communication and information sharing, this individual is able to work collaboratively with their peers, suppliers, and warehouse leaders.
  • Offers constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Assesses products, confers with warehouse executives on commodity quality, safety apprehensions, and sanitation matters.
  • Demonstrates autonomy and self-governance when making decisions and carrying out responsibilities.
  • Helps the warehouse management team reach their predetermined budgeted targets.
  • Attends to all designated obligations with precision, efficacy, and accordance with company protocols and procedures.
  • Observes the established procedures for implementing the ergonomic program.
  • Ensures compliance with safety guidelines when operating machinery to perform necessary tasks.
  • Alerts management about any possible concerns regarding product quality, sanitation, and safety.
  • Extra duties as directed.

  • To be an effective warehouse worker, you must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking on a regular basis.
  • The job necessitates working under constantly changing temperatures, from high heat to extremely low freezing conditions, both inside and outside, as well as in refrigeration and freezer atmospheres.
  • Safe and accurate handling of powered industrial equipment is a crucial proficiency.
