Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Insurance Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Assisting members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services.
- Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Providing detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing member transfers, escalations, and call backs, ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues.
- Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels.
- Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and email.
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
- The ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire.
Nice-to-haves
While not essential, the following experience and skills would be beneficial:
- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
- 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, e-mail, and/or face to face.
- US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.

Compensation and Perks
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime pay for eligible hours worked.
