Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role at a software or technology company

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language (English is the primary language of communication)
