Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting students with the enrollment process, including answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to students
  • Staying up-to-date on program offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to students
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the education industry, including higher education or online learning
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with students in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
