Job Summary

As a Customer Success Architect at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and employee engagement in Tokyo, Japan. You'll work closely with our global team to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in Japanese language and culture will be invaluable in building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement customized customer success strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement in Tokyo, Japan

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in Japanese language and culture
  • Collaborate with our global team to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to drive customer success
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, industries, and challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive customer success and business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Japanese language (written and spoken)

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and employee engagement in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of Japanese culture and business practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a SaaS or software industry

  • Knowledge of security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms
  • Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. customer success, account management)
